This is how Body Well distinguishes itself from the competition. We work hard to recruit only high-quality licensed massage therapists. Our goal has always been to build long term relationships with our clients, and we can only do this by providing consistently good service to everyone.
We’re so confident that we’ve implemented our Body Well Certified Therapist™ Guarantee, giving you some peace of mind that you won’t find anywhere else.
Here is how it works:
We want to score a perfect 10 every time, and many times we do! But when it comes to judging a massage, which is so personal and subjective, one person’s 10 is another’s 6. Therefore, if after your in-home massage you feel that our therapist has failed to meet a basic satisfaction level (scoring a “5” or less on a quality scale of 1 to 10), we will offer you another in-home massage with a different therapist for half off the regular price.*
We value your honest feedback and will use it to improve the quality of our service. Therefore in order to qualify for the half price “make-up” massage, we ask that you complete a brief online survey to help us better understand how we can improve our service. Therapists receiving poor performance scores will be reevaluated and subject to probation or contract termination.
*Residential clients only. Must be scheduled within 30 days or original booking. Survey must be completed within one week of original service date. “Make up” massage bookings subject to availability and holiday blackouts. The make-up massage’s fee will be 50% of the list price for any given service received. If applicable, any dollar amount discounted off the original massage will be added to the total. Clients in more distant areas from our central service region may incur a small travel fee normally covered by Body Well. Body Well management reserves to right to decline to provide additional services under this guarantee to clients who have: been reported to be inappropriate or disrespectful towards a therapist of staff member, or who management believes to be pursuing the discounted massage in bad faith, or for any other reason at its discretion.
