Dan Melmed
Owner and Founder
A graduate of The George Washington University and former marketing executive for a San Francisco-based technology startup, Dan developed an interest in the therapeutic massage business as far back as his high school days in Stamford, Connecticut. After the Bay Area tech? in 2000-2001, he went on to pursue his long time interest, and became a Licensed Massage Therapist himself (FL MA 44521) in 2002. He founded Body Well in 2005 in Palm Beach County, Florida with the goal of increasing the standards for professionalism and service delivery in the on-site massage industry a mission he continues to pursue today. Dan blogs frequently about massage topics, contributes to Massage Magazine regarding massage business and marketing matters, and is the author of 101 Things You Should Know Before Becoming a Massage Therapist.
Dr. John Melmed, MD
John is a physical medicine & rehabilitation specialist in Silver Spring, MD. He graduated from University of Cape Town in 1970. He has decided to share his 50-year-long experience regarding how massage therapy can help deal with pain and injuries. In his free time, he is semi professional story teller and an active grandfather.

Customer Service and Operations Associate
Anna is the engine that keeps things running smoothly during the week. Before joining Body Well she gained many years’ experience in customer service and call center operations. While not on duty she is a voracious reader of contemporary fiction novels.
Garnet Chua
Operations Associate
Garnet has been with Body Well since 2013. Her primary role is back-office administration – she is the glue that pulls everything together behind the scenes! She has a BS in Nursing and enjoys spending time with her husband and young son while not watching criminal-medical investigation dramas or singing along to her favorite songs.

Massage Concierge
Jaime is one of Body Well’s evening and weekend appointment coordinators. She is a graduate of Florida International University and also works for the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Massage Concierge
Silvia is one of Body Well’s evening and weekend appointment coordinators, and the sister-in-law of one of Body Well’s top therapists. A native Spanish speaker, when not on duty, she is busy taking care of her two sons.
