Finding random mobile massage therapists is not that hard. Finding the good ones; those who are genuinely talented, reliable, professional and friendly… that takes time, effort and experience. This is how Body Well distinguishes itself from the competition. We work hard to recruit only high-quality licensed massage therapists. Our goal has always been to build long term relationships with our clients, and we can only do this by providing consistently good service to everyone. We’re so confident that we’ve implemented our Body Well Certified Therapist™ Guarantee, giving you some peace of mind that you won’t find anywhere else.How Does it Work?
We want to score a perfect 10 every time, and many times we do! But when it comes to judging a massage, which is so personal and subjective, one person’s 10 is another’s 6.
Therefore, if after your in-home massage you feel that our therapist has failed to meet a basic satisfaction level (scoring a “5” or less on a quality scale of 1 to 10), we will offer you another in-home massage with a different therapist for half off the regular price.*
We value your honest feedback and will use it to improve the quality of our service.
*Residential clients only. Must be scheduled within 30 days or original booking. Survey must be completed within one week of original service date. “Make up” massage bookings subject to availability and holiday blackouts.
