For Boca Raton and surrounding Palm Beach County, pricing starts at $99 for a single hour. Events of two or more hours drop to $75 per hour. A 15% gratuity is typically added. Some locations with extra logistics (convention centers, large campuses, resort properties) may carry a small additional fee.

How many therapists do I need for my event?

It depends on your headcount and the length of the event. At 15 minutes per person, one therapist can see about four people per hour. For a 40-person office wanting everyone to get a massage in a half day, you’d need around three therapists. We’ll help you figure out the right setup when you contact us.

What kind of space do you need?

Not much. A conference room corner, a break room, an empty office, or even a hallway alcove can work. The massage chairs are portable and self-contained, so no special setup is required on your end.

Should employees schedule time slots in advance?

Both approaches work. Some companies prefer set time slots booked on the quarter hour. Others prefer a looser flow where someone manages the line and sends people in as therapists become available. We’ll help you decide which makes more sense for your situation.

What if a therapist is delayed by traffic?

It happens occasionally, and it’s one reason we recommend putting flexible people in the first hour’s time slots. If a therapist is delayed, we work with you to shift those early appointments to the end of the day so everyone still gets their massage.
