Chair Massage Logistics
Typically we accommodate 4-5 people per hour, per chair, and recommend using at least two therapists for jobs requiring more than about 5 total chair massage hours. Therapists take a short break every few hours to comply with California labor laws. Additional Fees
There are no additional taxes or fees except possibly for certain types of facilities such as hotels, university campuses, hospitals and convention centers (depending on job volume). Chair massage rates vary depending on a number of factors, including type of event, location and the number of therapists required. Our account specialist can work with you and within your budget.

Terms and Conditions
General Price Guidelines
- A minimum gratuity of 15% or $20 per therapist (whichever is greater), per day, will be added to your total. You are welcome to offer an additional amount as you see fit.
- The pricing table is a general price guideline.
- Bear in mind that the following are group rates and assume at least three people will share each hour.
- For 1 individual or 2 people sharing an hour our rates are the same as our in-home deep tissue massage rates.
General Terms and Conditions
- Additional gratuity may be added at client’s discretion.
- Service to some hotels/resorts, college campuses, convention centers, hospitals and other large facilities may incur an additional fee.
- When convenient free parking is not readily available client will cover parking expenses.
- On some holidays chair massage hourly rates and included gratuity % may vary.
