What Happens During an On-Sote Chair Massage
Each employee gets 10 to 15 minutes in the chair, seated forward with their face resting in the support while the therapist works from behind. Employees stay fully clothed the whole time, so there is nothing to change into and nothing to schedule around. In those few minutes a therapist can cover the head, neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, and hands, which is where most desk-related tension sits.
Sessions run back to back, so people come over from their desks, get their massage, and return to work.

How Many People Can One Therapist Massage In An Hour?
On average, each therapist can provide chair massages for 4-5 people per hour. If you have more than 15-20 individuals or need to maximize time, we can schedule multiple chair massage specialists to work simultaneously.
How Much Space Do You Need For A Massage Chair?
All you need is a clear area of at least 5′ x 5′ for the massage chair. A conference room, break room, empty office, or a quiet corner all work. If you would like us to bring music, just let us know.
Do Therapists Take Breaks During A Long Event?
Therapists typically take a 20-minute break every two hours, but this can be adjusted as needed. Your dedicated account manager will help create the best schedule for your event.
