Main takeaways from this introductory video:
Differences between massage therapy, physical therapy and chiropractic therapy:
- Massage therapy: Consists purely of hands on massage provided by licenced massage therapist. It may be applied to any part of body which may be troubling a patient such as areas of pain
- Physical therapy: Consists more of manipulation of joins and different parts of body in order to get them moving better
- Chiropractic Therapy: Mobilization of joints that have become too stiff and do not move properly.
All those treatments are used for pain treatment and do not involve drug intake!
