and quickly reach you. This pertains not only to setting up and confirming
your appointment, but also in case a question or an unforeseen issue
arises that we need to let you know about. Please provide a good number
(or two) we can use to reach you. (Bear in mind that usually we’ll call from
our (888) number).An email address can be helpful too.Not responding to
our calls and messages within a reasonable amount of time could in certain
situationscause us to cancel your appointment. If you have any concern
about this happening, you can pre-pay online which guarantees your
appointment 100% (assuming we’re able to accommodate the request). -
Book aheadWhen you book in advance (especially 24 hours or more) it
makes it much easier for us to accommodate your request
and find the best possible therapist for you. Last minute
bookings, while welcome as long as we have at least an hour
or two,are more challenging for us. They offer us less
flexibility in selecting your therapist and create an urgent
situation that can make it more difficult for us to offer the
best possible service in general. -
PROVIDE PARKING & ENTRY INFOWe travel to you by car and our therapists need a secure place to park that
is very close to your location. The equipment is heavy and can be difficult
to transport more than a half block or so. Please let us know where the
therapist can park nearby, and if there are any parking fees, please keep in
mind that these will be added to your total. Lastly if there is a gate code or
specific gate to use, please inform us when booking. -
TIPS ARE ACCEPTED & APPRECIATED!If you are satisfied with your service, please take care of your therapist.
Tips are customary and our therapists count on them. 15%-20% or more
is the average. We can add it to your charge or you can offer it in cash.
On some holidays as well as for certain services inin certain locations,
gratuity is automatically included. -
BE SPECIFIC ABOUT YOUR NEEDSIf there is something in particular you want, or something you
don’t want, let one of our appointment concierges know! We
want to provide the best experience possible, so the more we
understand your needs, the better we can accommodate you. -
BE READY TO BEGINOnce our therapist has arrived and promptly set up the table, it’s time
for your massage to begin and the clock starts ticking. Please know where
we will be setting up and be ready to start when the therapist arrives so y
ou can enjoy your full time on the table. Keep in mind, our on hour is a full
60 minutes of massage – not a 50-minute spa massage! Should our therapist
be required to wait for you for any reason (beyond a couple of minutes),
this time may be counted towards your massage time, or billed at $1/minute. -
COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR THERAPISTIf there are any health conditions that were not already discussed
over the phone, please share them with your therapist. We especially
need to know about any recent surgeries or serious past or current
health conditions. If you have a fever or anything contagious please
do not schedule a massage. -
PROVIDE COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENTOur therapists are going to your location and we have no control over
their working environment. Please be considerate and make sure that
children are taken care of, pets are secured, minimize any smoke or
other strong odors, and have enough space for the therapist to set up
and work around a full size massage table. The more comfortable your
therapist, the better he or she can perform for you. -
OFFER FEEDBACKYour feedback helps us to server customers like you better. There are two
kinds of feedback that are both valuable. First is directly to your therapist
as your session is occurring. If there is anything you would like done
different such as a pressure adjustment or more time on a particular area,
or if your therapist can help you to be more comfortable, please speak up
while there is still time to make an adjustment! We also value your feedback
after your service is complete. If there is something that you liked, or
something that did not go as well as you had hoped, please feel free to
let us know by phone or by email so we can consider ways to improve upon
what we do. -
NOT PERFECT? GIVE US 2ND CHANCEWhen it comes to massage, people like different things and different
styles. Our therapists are all unique in many ways, including their massage
style. If for some reason the first therapist we send to you is not just right,
feel free to call and request someone different next time. Don’t worry - we
don’t take it personally! We want you to be a satisfied customer and come
back to us time and again for your on-site massage needs. If you are
completely unsatisfied for any reason, definitely let us know and we’ll do
our best to make it up to you.
