In her own words: I was born and raised in Southern California and received my initial massage training at South Bay Massage School in Manhattan Beach, California. Upon completion, I was awarded Certification in Massage Therapy in the State of California. In 2005, I moved from Long Beach, California to Orlando, Florida. In 2008, I received my Massage Therapist’s license in the State of Florida. In addition to my initial training, I have been trained in Massage Cupping, Graston Technique, Kenisio Taping Method, Whole Body View, Assisted Isolated Stretching, and Assisted Release Technique.
Since beginning in the field of massage therapy, I have worked in a variety of settings. Regardless of where I am working, I am passionate about what I do. Whether I am providing a relaxation massage or doing Graston Technique on a professional athlete, I am happy knowing I am contributing to the health and wellness of each person I touch. I tailor each massage to the needs of each client.
When I am not working you can find me working in the yard, swimming in our pool, on the lake paddle boarding or at the beach with my wife and our two dogs, Max and Sweet Pea.
