Thank you for choosing Body Well!

You are making an advance payment for a confirmed reservation. Payments made for same day reservations, or for reservations booked the preceding day after 6 PM for the following day before noon are 100% non-refundable.

Otherwise, a 24-hour cancellation notification is required in order to receive a credit or a refund.

To cancel without penalty per the terms above, call immediately and send an email to admin@bodywelltherapy.com.

By paying this invoice you agree to be bound by these terms. Full or partial refunds (other than requests made as per above) will only be considered, at management’s discretion, in the event that for some unforeseen reason Body Well as a company or our therapist(s) personally is unable to perform the service stated on this invoice (i.e. therapist car break down, therapist medical emergency, or other reason a therapist is unable, due to no fault of yours, to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time).
