Re: Mobile Massage During the Covid-19 Pandemic
The Covid-19 pandemic requires massage professionals and consumers to take all advisable and/or necessary precautions. As of this writing, we learn more each day about how this novel coronavirus virus spreads and what steps we can all take to protect ourselves and those around us while engaging in routine activities.
We are accepting in-home massage appointments case-by-case, depending on region, and based on ever-changing (sometimes literally back and forth within days) local, state or federal guidelines. We rely ultimately on the judgement of our local licensed contractors.
When service is possible, best practices for enhancing the safety of massage for both therapist and client (known to us at this time) include the use of face coverings and well ventilated rooms. Clients are asked to ensure these practices, along with local and official guidelines are observed. Those experiencing any coronavirus symptoms or having recent exposure to infected individuals are asked not to order massage service.
